Symptom

Can the time zone of Salesforce Tasks created on call termination be changed?

Applies To

  • Salesforce

  • 8x8 Integration for Salesforce (Maestro, 3.x)

Resolution

The task time zone cannot be changed. The time for all Tasks created by the integration will be set to GMT.
