Symptom
When launching the 8x8 Integration, a launch screen appears. Once the integration has launched the launch screen is unable to close and remains open, impairing the SugarCRM dashboard.

Resolution
We have released a new version that contains a fix for the issue fix. Please upgrade to the latest version of v12-1.0.6 by going to our 8x8 Work for SugarCRM Integration guide.
Cause
The font used in the integration package to display the close button was no longer supported by SugarCRM. This caused the button to not be visible.
