# Unable to Close the Integration Launch Screen in SugarCRM

## Symptom

When launching the 8x8 Integration, a launch screen appears. Once the integration has launched the launch screen is unable to close and remains open, impairing the SugarCRM dashboard.

## Resolution

We have released a new version that contains a fix for the issue fix. Please upgrade to the latest version of v12-1.0.6 by going to our [8x8 Work for SugarCRM Integration](/support/docs/8x8-work-for-sugarcrm-integration) guide.

## Cause

The font used in the integration package to display the close button was no longer supported by SugarCRM. This caused the button to not be visible.
