# Unable to Join Meetings Audio from Phones with Video Camera

## Work Around

Use your computer, a cell phone, or a desk phone without a camera attached to join the meeting audio in the interim. See the [8x8 Work Meetings documentation](https://docs.8x8.com/8x8WebHelp/xf-workspace/Archive/VM_VOM/VOMJoinMeeting.htm) for all meeting audio options.

## Cause

This issue is currently under investigation and being addressed by our engineers for a fix as soon as possible.
