# Unable to Log in Due to Blank Login Screen in 8x8 Work for Mobile on iOS

## Symptom

Unable to log in due to a blank login screen in 8x8 Work for Mobile on iOS.

## Applies To

- 8x8 Work for Mobile
- iOS

## Resolution

1. Open **Settings**.
2. Tap **Safari**.
3. Tap **Advanced**.
4. Toggle **Javascript**.
5. Reload the 8x8 Work Mobile app.

## Cause

JavaScript was disabled on Safari.
