# Unable to Receive Inbound Calls Notifications on Android in 8x8 Work for Mobile

## Symptom

Calls are not coming through to 8x8 Work for Mobile app.

## Applies To

- 8x8 Work for Mobile
- Calls
- Android Devices

## Resolution

1. Log in to 8x8 Work for Mobile App.
2. Tap the profile image to open your **Profile** screen.
3. Ensure your **Status** is not set on **DND**.
