Unable to Reset 8x8 Password Due to Company Turned Off 8x8 Login Error

Objective

When attempting to reset your 8x8 Work password, you receive an error that reads, "Your company turned off 8x8 login."

Procedure

This process requires administrator access to Admin Console.

1. Log in to Admin Console.

2. Select Identity Management.

3. Ensure the 8x8 Username and Password option is checked.

4. Save your changes.
