# Unable to Reset 8x8 Password Due to Company Turned Off 8x8 Login Error

## Objective

When attempting to reset your 8x8 Work password, you receive an error that reads, *"Your company turned off 8x8 login."*

## Applies To

- 8x8 Work
- Admin Console

## Procedure

This process requires administrator access to Admin Console.

1. Log in to Admin Console.
2. Select **Identity Management**.
3. Ensure the 8x8 Username and Password option is checked.
