# Unable To Update Voicemail Greeting For A User

## Symptom

When attempting to update the External Voicemail Greeting for a particular user in Admin Console, you encounter the error *Failed at saving external voicemail greeting*. The greeting does not save.

Other users' voicemail greetings can be set without error
