# Users Are Not Able to See Previously Uploaded or Recorded Voicemail Greeting Files in 8x8 Voice for Teams

## Question

Why are users are not able to see previously uploaded or recorded voicemail greeting files in 8x8 Voice for Teams?

## Applies To

- 8x8 Voice for Microsoft Teams
- Admin Console Account Settings (non-admin user)

## Answer

- The user will only see files uploaded in their current session, as audio files are not linked with a specific user.
- Only an admin would be able to select all of the previously uploaded files in Admin Console.
