# Using Email Content to Process Incoming Email in 8x8 Contact Center

## Objective

Use email content to process incoming email in 8x8 Contact Center.

## Applies To

- 8x8 Contact Center

## Procedure

1. Create a new email script or copy an existing one to modify. *(We highly recommend against modifying an existing script and instead creating a copy and modifying that.)*
2. 3. Fill out the object with an object name and the content or content regular expression you're searching for in the email.

4.
