# Using the Ring Group Summary Reports

## Objective

Log in and use the Ring Groups Summary Reports in 8x8 Work.

## Applies To

- 8x8 Work

## Procedure

1. Log in to your [8x8 application panel.](https://sso.8x8.com/sso/login)
2. Click 8x8 Work

At the moment, the following data charts are available:

- Call Volume Comparison
- Call Time Comparison
- Average Time Comparison

Ring Group Summary page will show only ring groups that received atleast 1 incoming call.

## Additional Information

**Question**: Can I generate a list of incoming calls for multiple locations instead of generating a group summary report?

**Answer**: No, that is not a feature of the platform. You'd have to run either a report per Site or per PBX.
