# Voicemail Options Are Greyed Out in 8x8 Admin Console When Logging in as an End User

## Symptom

When attempting to change voicemail options as an end user in Admin Console, voicemail options are greyed out.

## Resolution

Check with your IT administrator and make sure that the assigned Profile Policy allows end users to make voicemail changes.
