When a user dials 911 and an email notification is sent what does that email look like that is sent to administrators?

Below is an example of the 911 email notification sent to configured administrators on a Site basis. The View in Map link at the bottom of the email will provide the location the call was reported dialed from in Google Maps. From: 8x8 Emergency Call Notification <ERS@NY.911.intrado.com>
