What permissions are needed for the 8x8 Integration for NetSuite?

## Answer

To ensure full functionality, all user roles that will utilise the 8x8 Integration for NetSuite must be assigned a specific set of permissions within NetSuite. To edit a user role's permissions:

1. In NetSuite, navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.
2. Locate the relevant role and select Edit.
3. On the role page, scroll down to the Permissions tab.
4. Add or verify the following permissions, ensuring the 'Level' is set as specified.
