# When Signing in to 8x8 Services it Keeps Signing Out

## Symptom

When logging in to 8x8 services, the browser keeps signing out and doesn't allow login.

## Applies To

- 8x8 Unified Login

## Resolution

When logging in, if the URL in the address bar of the browser is: [https://sso.8x8.com/sso/signout](https://sso.8x8.com/sso/signout) change the URL to: [https://sso.8x8.com/v2/login](https://sso.8x8.com/v2/login).
