Symptom
When you try to dial the area code and if the rest of the numbers are not entered fast enough the phone gives you a decline error message and a busy dial tone.

Resolution
Press the Menu button.
Press 1. This will display the Yealink's IP address.
Access the IP Address on a browser.
Login to Yealink Phone's GUI (Username: admin and Password should be MAC Password ).
Go to Settings > Preferences, modify the values under Inter Digit Time (1~14s) to the desired time. The default is 6 seconds.
Cause
The phone is not allowing enough time to dial. The phone's Interdigit Short Timer needs to be set to an appropriate amount of time.
