Symptom

When attempting to log in to 8x8 Agent Workspace, you receive an error that reads, "Your account is not set up to log in from this URL."

Applies To

• 8×8 Agent Workspace

Resolution

• Clear Cache and cookies, then access “sso.8×8.com” again while ensuring that there is no additional text autofilled after ”.com”

• Click on the 8×8 Agent Workspace tile to log in to the app again

Cause

• Web Browsers autofill old/stale session data from previous logins after “.com” to be helpful, but in this context, it results in attempting to authenticate with a bad URL
