# Add New Contacts

On receiving a call from an unknown contact, the app allows you to create a contact.

**To create new contacts:**

1. Upon an incoming call from an unknown number, click **Create New** from the **Assign** sub-tab of the call control panel.

2. At the prompt, select **Contact** to open a new contact form in NetSuite.
3. Enter the desired details, and save to add to the contacts list.
