# Get started: 8x8 integration for SugarCRM admin

Once you have access to **8x8 Contact Center for SugarCRM**, follow the checklist below in order to get started:

## Gather your credentials

In order to use 8x8 Contact Center for SugarCRM, you need:

- Login access to **SugarCRM** account.
- Login access to an 8x8 **8x8 Work** and **8x8 Contact Center** agent account.
