# Improved Agent-to-Agent Dialing

Dial another agent using a system assigned PBX extension number. The new PBX number serves to reach another agent in **(Undefined variable: 8x8VariablesSet.AgtConsole)**. In 8.1 environment, to call another agent, you had to click the **Agents** tab, select the agent, and place a call.
