# Manage users as an 8x8 Engage supervisor

As an **8x8 Engage** supervisor, you can monitor user and queue performance using [**8x8 Supervisor Workspace**](/documentation/docs/manage-agents) and [**8x8 Mobile Supervisor**](/documentation/docs/about-mobile-supervisor#features). Supervisors can perform these actions:

- [View queues assigned to an **8x8 Engage** user](/documentation/docs/manage-agents#view-queues-assigned)
- View the number of **8x8 Engage** users assigned to each queue
- [Enable or disable an **8x8 Engage** user from a queue](/documentation/docs/manage-agents#manage-allagents-queue)
- [Add an **8x8 Engage** user as a favorite](/documentation/docs/manage-agents#agent-favorite)
- [Change an **8x8 Engage** user's status](/documentation/docs/change-an-agent-s-status)

> Supervisors can change a user’s status (Available, Working Offline, or On Break), but cannot log users out of **8x8 Engage**.
