[Activate Sales and Account Workspace](/documentation/docs/sales-and-account-workspace) under **Settings** > **Sales & Account Workspace Beta** - Set up how 8x8 Work for Desktop is displayed - You can personalize the general settings of your app, including the app theme, the launch location of the app, and whether the messages tab opens multiple chat windows. -
