# Access Contacts

From the navigation tabs, click to show contacts imported from your **contact directory** and/or **NetSuite** (as configured in your settings). You can browse through the list or search contacts to place calls, and create contacts for future reference.

In addition to creating a new contact by clicking **Create New** below the list of contacts, [you can also create a new contact during a call with an unknown number](/documentation/docs/add-new-contacts).
