# Removing Users from 8x8 Express Account

## Objective

Removing users in 8x8 Express.

## Applies To

- 8x8 Express
- User Management

## Procedure

1. Log in to your [8x8 Express account](https://express.8x8.com).
2. From the left menu, select **Users and phones**.
3. To the right of the user you wish to remove, select **More** (three dots).
4. Select **Delete**. **Note**: The primary user cannot be deleted.

## Additional Information
