8x8 Express: Change the Main Business Number

Objective

Change the business number that customers call to reach your team, auto attendant, or team voicemail.

• 8x8 Manager Express

Procedure

1. Log in to 8x8 Manager Express.

2. From the navigation menu on the left, click Business settings.

3. To the right of Business number, click Change.

4. Select a number from the suggested numbers, or enter a new area code and select a number.

5. Click Confirm.

6. Click Save.
