Updating Your Credit Card in 8x8 Express

Objective

Updating the credit card on file with your 8x8 Express account.

Procedure

1. Log in to your 8x8 Express account.

2. Go to Account information > Modify Payment Information.  

3. Select Add Payment Method. Here you can see current payment methods assigned to your account, and remove any item. You also can change a payment to be the Primary, which will be used for upcoming payments. Note: There must be at least one payment method on the account.
