Objective

Creating or updating your voicemail access PIN in 8x8 Work for Desktop for 8x8 Express.

  • 8x8 Express

  • Voicemail Access PIN

Procedure

  1. Log in to 8x8 Work for Desktop.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Click Voicemail.

  4. Under Voicemail Settings, scroll to Voicemail Access PIN.

  5. Click Reset Access PIN.

  6. Enter the new voicemail access PIN.

  7. Confirm the new PIN.

  8. Click Save.
