Set or View Your Passphrase in the 8x8 Express Billing Portal

Objective

Set a passphrase for your 8x8 Express account in the Billing portal.

Procedure

1. Log in to 8x8 Manager Express.

2. In the left menu, select Account Information.

3. Select Billing Statements.

4. In the upper right corner, click the drop-down arrow next to your username. 

5. Select My Profile.

6. Select Edit Profile. 

7. Enter a passphrase in the passphrase field. This should be an alpha-numeric phrase you can easily remember (30 character limit).

8. Click Save to confirm these changes.
