Access the Web GUI for Cisco 8800 Series Phone

Objective

Access the web GUI of a Cisco 8800 Series phone to perform certain tasks.

• Cisco 8800 Series Phone

Procedure

1. On the front of the phone, press the Cog button to access the settings.

2. Go to Status > Network Status > IPv4 Status

3. Note the IP address (this is what will be used to access the web GUI).

4. On a PC/Laptop connected to the same network as the phones open up a web page and enter the following https://[IP address]. If the device is in a factory reset state or is not provisioned to 8x8 services you may need to use http://[IP address].

5. Once you have access to the web GUI enter the login details making sure you log in as "Admin". 

   Note: 

   Password can be found in devices list in Admin Console. If the device is in a factory reset state no password is required.
