Checking Order Status and Purchase History in My 8x8 (Support Portal)

Objective

Finding order status, shipping status, tracking IDs, and order invoices within the 8x8 Support Portal.

Procedure

8x8 Support Portal

1. Log in to your 8x8 Application Panel.

2. Select My 8x8.

3. Select Purchase History

4. Here you can view the Order Number, Order Status, Shipping Status, Tracking ID, and Order Date.
   

5. To view the Order, select View Order Detail. The Order will open in a separate browser tab. A sample order is shown below.
