How do I enable chat AI features for 8x8 Work Apps?

Objective

Enable AI tools for 8x8 Work Apps in Admin Console  

Applies To

• 8x8 Work Desktop

• 8X8 Work Mobile

Procedure

1. Log in to  Admin Console .

2. From the main Home Page, click Work Apps Settings.

3. Toggle to enable "Allow chat AI features."  

4. Scroll to the bottom and press save.
