For any countries or regions which are not explicitly mentioned here, it is also not possible to schedule number ports for National Holidays. However, our global number porting team will still be available for queries if the local holiday is not one of the freeze dates listed here.

How do I choose a date for my number to port to 8×8?
When submitting your port request, via 8×8 Admin Console, you will have the option to select a Preferred Porting Date. For information on how to submit a port request click here.
If you are new to 8×8 and are onboarding via our 8×8 Professional Services team then they may submit the port request on your behalf. In this case, your assigned 8×8 contact will clarify the target date with you before submitting the request.
