Setting Favorite Contacts in 8x8 Agent Workspace

Objective

Add Agent Workspace contacts as favorites or bookmarks.

Applies To

  • Agent Workspace

Procedure

  1. Log in to Contact Center Agent Workspace.

  2. From the left panel, select Contacts.

  3. Search for the contacts you would like to add to your Favorites tab.

  4. Hover over the desired contact and select the Star.

  5. Added favorites will display on the Favorites tab.
