Setting the Contact Center domain in 8x8 Contact Center integrations.

Procedure

1. Go to the Integration panel.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select Advanced.
   

4. In the VCC domain field, enter the URL https://sso.8x8.com/login/vcc-naX.

5. In the URL, change naX to your tenant cluster. For example, na12 or eu7
