Why are users are not able to see previously uploaded or recorded voicemail greeting files in 8x8 Voice for Teams?

Answer
The user will only see files uploaded in their current session, as audio files are not linked with a specific user.
Only an admin would be able to select all of the previously uploaded files in Admin Console.
