View Call Recordings in 8x8 Work

Objective

Listen to and manage 8x8 Work call recordings within the 8x8 Work for Desktop interface.

Procedure

1. Log in to 8x8 Work for Desktop.

2. Select Call Recordings.
   

3. Select the call you want to listen to.

Additional Information

If your organization does not enable you to manage call recordings, you will not see the Recordings tab.
