Why do not all users appear in the To Suggestions list for scheduling report emails?

Answer
The list shown in the "to" field populates with users linked to the PBX who have logged into 8x8 Analytics for Work in the past and visited one of the report pages (for example, CDR, Extension Summary, or Company Summary).
Anyone with a valid email address can be set to receive the report, and they do not need to be an 8x8 user with access to 8x8 Analytics for Work. The list provides suggestions as a convenience, but it does not represent the only users who can be recipients.
