Whether you want to report an issue in the product or submit a feature request or simply provide positive feedback, 8x8 Agent Workspace allows you to share your feedback. You can supplement with images or debug logs.
To send feedback:
Log in to 8x8 Agent Workspace.
Click Ready to work or Work Offline to start the session.
Go to Menu > Send Feedback.
Select a category for feedback from the available choices.
Enter a brief description and attach files if necessary.
Click Submit.
