From the navigation tabs, click to show contacts imported from your contact directory and/or NetSuite (as configured in your settings). You can browse through the list or search contacts to place calls, and create contacts for future reference.
In addition to creating a new contact by clicking Create New below the list of contacts, you can also create a new contact during a call with an unknown number.
