Tour The Interface

The 8x8 Work for NetSuite interface consists of a navigation menu with the following menu items:

• Phone  : Access your dialpad, view your active calls, and take notes to log calls.

• Call Log  : Access all historic inbound and outbound calls to the extension. You can also view a list of unworked calls that you have not yet logged, and clear the list once you have created the relevant logs.

• Contacts  : Access contacts from NetSuite and the 8x8 Virtual Office contact directory.

• Menu: Click to access the following options:

  • Settings: Customize your app settings.

  • About: View details on your user extension and the app.

  • Report a problem: Send feedback on an issue or suggest an improvement.

  • Help: Access the web help for the app.

  • Logout: Log out of the app.
