How to Find Your 8x8 Contract Date

Find the service contract date to know when your 8x8 services began.

Procedure

Admin Console admin users can find this information in the My 8x8 Support Portal.

1. Log in to My 8x8.

2. Click on the Orders tab.

3. The contract date is the oldest order date presented.
