If enabled by your administrator, the rich text editor in the 8x8 Contact Center CRM lets you create or edit cases, and follow-up records with varying indent options, font types, font sizes, font styles, paragraph styles, and lists. The following table lists the name and role of each menu element in the rich text editor:
