Admins can perform basic actions for usage and quality monitoring directly from the Mobile Admin Dashboard

Track number of users, licenses, and phone numbers
On the top of the Mobile Admin Dashboard
screen, several counters displays information about:
Sites - The number of sites in your setup. Tap the Sites counter to see details about the available sites.
Users - The number of users in your setup. Tap the Users counter to jump directly to Contacts > Company to see all your company contacts.
Licenses - The number of used licenses from the total number of licenses. Tap the Licenses counter to see details about all the available licenses.
Phone numbers - The number of used phone numbers from the total number of them

On the Admin Mobile Dashboard
, tap the Sites counter at the top of the screen.The Sites screen displays a list of all available sites, based on the user’s permissions. For each site, a short description displays under the site name, if there is any available.

On the Admin Mobile Dashboard
, tap the Licenses counter at the top of the screen.The Licenses counter displays a list of all available licenses, based on the user’s permissions.
In the top side of the Licenses screen, you can see information about the number of licenses:
Total licenses - displays the total number of licenses available on the PBXs.
Assigned - displays the total number of assigned licenses.
Unassigned - displays the total number of unassigned licenses.
Assigned chart (%) - displays the percentage of the assigned licenses from the total number of available licenses
A list of all the available licenses displays information for each license type:

Number of assigned/unassigned licenses
Percentage of the assigned ones

Track the evolution of inbound and outbound calls per current day, month and year

On the Mobile Admin Dashboard
, under Activity you can see the evolution of your account in terms of inbound and outbound calls per day, month or year. In addition, in a separate screen, you can see information about the current account and the sites it serves.
To see how many calls you initiated or you received in a selected period:
On the Mobile Admin Dashboard
, under Activity, choose from the available periods the one for which you want to display the evolution of your calls, by tapping 1D /1M or 1Y. The chart displays the evolution of the inbound and outbound calls during the selected period (the latest current day or the latest month or year).Right in the upper part of the Activity section, the Inbound calls and Outbound calls counters display the numbers of calls initiated or received in the selected period.
Optional: Tap the upper part of the Activity section to see details about the current account and the sites the account serves.


Based on period selection, the graphs display data as follows:
1D - for the current date, starting 15 minutes ago, for 24 hours, having a 5-minutes unit.
1 M - for one month from the current date, starting 15 minutes ago, for 30 days, having a one-day unit.
1 Y - for one year from the current date, starting 15 minutes ago, for 365 days, having a one-month unit.

Manage members of existing ring groups
If you have an admin role assigned, you can manage members of a selected ring group. You can add new members to that ring group or to remove members from it.
To manage a ring group members:
On the Mobile Admin Dashboard
screen, tap Ring Group
.Tap the ring group whose members you want to add or remove from that ring group.
In the selected ring group screen:
To add new members to that ring group:
Under Members, tap Add members
.In the Add members list, select the members you want to add to that ring group.
In the header, tap .
To remove members from that ring group:
Under Members, tap See all members (X) under the members list.
In the row of the member you want to remove, tap Remove members
> Remove.
Note
you can remove members from the ring group one by one only.

Manage auto attendants schedules
As an admin user, you have the ability to change an existing schedule for Auto Attendants (AA).
Note:
To change an existing schedule of any Auto Attendants (AA) from your list, those schedules first must be configured in the Admin Console.
To choose a schedule of an existing auto attendant:
In the Mobile Admin Dashboard
screen, tap Auto Attendants
.Tap the auto attendant whose schedule you want to change.
In the new screen that displays, under Select a schedule, tap the selected schedule.
In the Select a schedule list, tap the schedule you want to apply to that auto attendant.
Tap .

Manage members of existing call queues
Admins can add or remove primary and secondary members.
If you have an assigned admin role, you can manage members of a selected call queue. You can add new primary or secondary members to that call queue or you can remove members from the primary/secondary list of that queue.
To manage call queues members:
In the Mobile Admin Dashboard
screen, tap Call Queue
.Select the call queue whose members you want to manage.
In the selected queue screen, add or remove members from the queue:
To add new primary or/and secondary members to that queue:
Under Primary members or Secondary members, tap Add members
.In the Add members list that displays, select the primary or secondary members you want to add to that queue.
In the header, tap .
To remove primary/secondary members to that queue:
Under Primary members or Secondary members, in the row of the member you want to remove, tap Remove members > Remove

Filter Auto Attendants, Ring Groups and Call Queues by site
While managing schedules for AA or members for a RG or CQ, you can narrow the list of existing AA, RG or CQ by filtering them by sites.
To filter AA, RG or CQ by site:
In the Mobile Admin Dashboard
screen, tap Auto Attendants
, Ring Group
or Call Queue
.In the new screen that opens, tap Filter
.In the Filter by site screen, in the Search
box, type the name of the site you are looking for.Under Sites, select the sites you want to display.
