Access points
You can access 8x8 using Single Sign-On (SSO) through either of the following web addresses. While the authentication process remains identical, each URL routes you to a different location:
sso.8x8.com: Directs you to the 8×8 Application Panel, where you can access the Admin Console and other 8x8 applications.
admin.8x8.com: Directs you straight to the 8×8 Admin Console upon successful authentication.
To sign in with SSO
In 8x8 client applications and other tools, sign-in steps may vary by app.
Go to sso.8x8.com or admin.8x8.com in your browser.
Enter your username or email address, then click Continue.
When prompted for your password, click Login with Organization. This option appears only if your account is configured for SSO.
Authenticate with your credentials on your organization's Identity Provider (IdP) sign-in page.
Once your identity provider verifies your credentials, you will automatically proceed to your destination (the 8x8 Application Panel when starting from sso.8x8.com, or the 8x8 Admin Console when starting from admin.8x8.com).
