Objective

Install the Quality Management screen recorder.

Applies To

  • Quality Management & Speech Analytics (QM/SA)

  • Screen Recorder

Procedure

  1. Log in to QM/SA.

  2. From the menu, select Screen Recorder Profile.

  3. From the upper right corner, select Download.

  4. Once downloaded, install the package locally.
