Change Numbering Plan on Admin Console

Objective

Change your number plan for users on Admin Console.

Procedure

1. Log in to Admin Console.

2. Select Users.

3. Select Edit (pencil icon) to the right of the users name.

4. Scroll down to External Call Permission tab and select the calling country and calling plan from the drop down menus. 

Note:

Selecting the wrong numbering plan could affect the user dialing out. Make sure to check the dialing plan when creating a new user.
