Get Started with Virtual Office for NetSuite

Your administrator must install Virtual Office for NetSuite before agents can use the app. Once you are able to access 8x8 Work for NetSuite:

• Create a custom portlet that allows you to log in to the app.
• Log in to Virtual Office for NetSuite.
• Define your app settings.
• Familiarize yourself with the app interface.
• Set up click-to-dial.
